The rental range for a unit within the same cluster has been going for between $2300 to $2600 in general, therefore given that your unit has nice renovation, we can definitely look to price it according to the higher range. It should receive positive response given the location which is near to the MRT. Nevertheless, it is impossible to really give you the more accurate figure without first assessing what is available.

Honest and frank opinion, if you to rent it out fast, low price, like $2k.. if you can wait out 2-3 months, can try 2.2-2.4k..

Opition 3, is to consider selling it if you have no need for the apartment. For a simple reason that u can cash out and stop paying interests for the apartment.

5 room flat at Blk 621, Bt Batok have two type of facing. One which faces the neighboring block and the other facing the CC. If your unit is high floor and unblock, it might fetch better pricing. But if it's lower floor, the pricing would be lower. Average rental value for your unit should be around $2100 to $2600.

I would say the rental will be in a range between $2300-$2600.

If you are urgently looking for a tenant, you will have to lower your price, probably in the lower range $2300. Opening up the unit to all occupations, races and nationalities will also improve your chances of getting in a tenant fast.
