Hi, we have a 1+study room EC, at 540sqft and have not reached MOP yet.
We understand that we can rent out 1 room whilst still residing within the unit. However, seeing as this is only a 1+study unit, is it possible to rent out the whole unit?
It is not possible for us to reside within the unit at the same time as the study room has been converted into a closet. We really need to know if its possible to rent out the whole unit as we are unclear about HDB regulations on 1-bedroom EC units.
