Hi, we dont have any TA with the land lord. I informed her on November 23,2021 that i will be moving out by jan 7,2022. But she wants me to pay 700 sgd from jan 1 to jan 7, 2022. I decided not to stay until jan 7 since it's too expensive for 7 days.

I also could not get my deposit fee since she said i will never finish my leasing. I stayed there house since march 2020.

Could someone please help me for this as i am very stressed to think about this.

Dear Mary,

Since there is no official Tenancy Agreement between yourself and your landlord, the case can be quite tricky to deal with. While there is an avenue for you to file your claims legally through Small Claims Tribunal, the Landlord can also present their defence since there is no written agreement.
