Probably you can share more of your concerns so I will be in a better position to advise you.

Do take note that since you are second timer (assumed you took CPF housing grant before or bought BTO), you will be subject to resale levy if you purchase BTO or new EC (that needs to pay). If you decide to purchase those balance new ECs, you don't have to pay resale levy.

Hi,

For private condos and certain ECs launched earlier, resale levy is not payable. For BTOs resale levy is definitely payable. If you can still qualify for EC, i would suggest doing so as the price is subsidized yet you enjoy comparable private condo facilities.
