$153,600 (Cash) - On the day you exercise the Option To Purchase (inclusive of Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty and Buyer's Stamp Duty)
$260,000 (Cash/CPF) - On the day of completion

With remaining in loan. Your estimated loan repayment per month will be around $4,379 if we are assuming the interest rates to be 3.5%.
