Given your intended purchase price,it is pretty healthy and perhaps you may have some decent units to view.How and when would you be available for viewing and will you be able to make a decision to purchase with the necessary funds transferred into Singapore for this purchase then? Are you also aware of the procedures and regulations to observe for a foreigner to purchase a property in Singapore like the recently introduced Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty?
