We are planning to get a private property soon and because we are still within the 5 year Minimum Occupation Period for my place, we can't get a private property in our name. We are thinking of using my father's name to get the private property. Can someone advise me on how much it would be (legal fees), and the steps involved, to have the title deed of the place transferred to us eventually?
