Hi,
we are planning to downgrade from 5 rooms flat to 4 rooms flat and we have paid all our loan with HDB last year.
question;
1. what should we be prepare?
2. what happens with the cash different after the selling as my hubby age is 55 yrs old now.

Hi Owner,

This will be a long discussion and will be difficult to write in details. You have to consider many aspects as your husband is over 55 years old. Also have to depend what is the current market value of your 5-Rm HDB and which location you are looking at for your 4-Rm HDB. I do met up with a seller last week, they want to sell their HDB, but after calculation it is a negative sales. So there are many things to consider.
