Hi,

We are looking to rent a 5 bedroom apartment in a new condo. It must have an olympic size swimming pool and a decent gym. My budget is about 10K/mth. We prefer a single level and there must be cross ventilation and be in a quiet location.

Hi Leong,

It seems that your requirement of a unit is pretty rare as there are not many units in the market with 5 bedrooms on a single level, on top of an Olympic Size pool. If I may ask, will a cluster landed house be sufficient for your consideration?

I have several houses for rent in this price range and maybe able to do some matching for you.
