Hi, we are indian young couple. We are getting keys for our new bto 3 room flat in yishun riverwalk next month, thereafter we would like to rent out our common room. we allow cooking and private use of common toilet. allow couples or 2 females, foreigners welcome. how much max can i rent it for?

Hi Ms Latha, I am Bryan from ERA. How much you can rent out for depends on whether you are renting to 1 person or a couple. And the furniture included and whether there is WIFI available for use etc. You can look at around $600-$800, of course the higher you expect the harder it is to secure a tenant.     me and my husband will be in overseas for 2 years from jan 2015 - jan 2017. My husband is going Canada to study and will accompany him there.Since its a new flat i understand that i cant rent the whole hse till 5 yrs. but can i rent the masterroom and common room to 2 different couples? or is there any option?
