Hi!

May I know if you have any urgency of purchasing a flat? As restricting yourself to very specific choices to the level and blocks of flat, you may not be able to conduct your purchase should none of the owners decide to sell their units. Should they want to sell, you may also need a professional to stand by you and make a offer that is of market value and help you negotiate to secure the unit you desire.
