Hi. We age 33 this year 2015, have a HDB flat which the MOP would be met in 14 months. In 6 years 2 months we (39 years old), would have finish paying the HDB. After which we wish to buy a PC. 2 bedder PC. To keep the HDB we have to pay the ABSD 7%. Isn't? So does that mean we can buy a condo while having a HDB?
Is it advsiable to take out one of the owner's name and put into the occupier's name to avoid the ABSD?
