Dear sir/madam, You have given a negative point on this project while also came up with a positive one. Perceptions differ from person to person therefore if you are purchasing it purely as a home for yourself, the most important question is will you be able to accept the location of this project as it is given that you like the concept and layout? It is like a barter trade therefore the person who can probably help is yourself before we even move on to the prices of property in this project.
