Hi,

Understand that Executive Condominium owners who have occupied their EC and met the 5-year minimum occupation period can sell their EC in the open market to Singaporean and Singaporean PR.

FYI , I am a Singaporean PR and interested to buy such above EC.

How can i search online in websites like property guru, stproperty etc as there are no such filter options available.

Please assist

Hi Jatin,

Under PropertyGuru search engine, you are able to look at EC only by deselecting the rest like "condo, apartments etc".

Or you can let me know your requirements like location, budget, size, number of rooms. I will update you on the available listings.

    Hi Mr. Tan,

    Thanks for your reply, but I am not eligible to buy all EC's and can only buy those which have met the 5-year minimum occupation period as I am a single Singaporean PR.

    Can you assist to search for only those EC's
