Hi Ms Loo,

Let's assume you are intending to purchase a HDB flat.

You are only eligible to purchase a resale HDB flat under Single Singaporean Citizen Scheme which you need to be at least 35 years old.

Have you fulfill all these conditions?

If yes, GREAT!

Lets assume you are using HDB loan for your purchase, your 10% downpayment will be financed by CPF if there's a shortfall, you have to top up by cash.

Have you done a HLE? I will recommend you to do so so you will have a gauge on your budget.

Let's keep in touch. Will love to assist you with your property purchase.

Looking forward to hear from you!

Evening Ms. Loo,

Being single SC, you are eligible to purchase resale HDB unit upon reaching the age of 35. As to what is your comfortable range, it would depend on your income status, credit record, your preferred location and how much grant you might be able to get.

Whether it's 10% downpayment for HDB loan or 20% for bank loan, we can always meet up to work out on your financial status. Getting a clearer picture of where you stand is better than making assumptions.

Do feel free to contact me for detailed discussion.
