Hi to all gurus. I have a very urgent question that needs to be answered. I am a divorcee above 40 yrs old. I have 4 kids but all are not under my custody. I recently wanted to buy a DBSS flat directly from developer. But i tried to buy the flat with my children but got rejected as they are not under my custody. I cant buy with my parents or siblings either as they are malaysians and already own homes in sg. So how can i get the unit? please advice

Dear sir/madam,

Very simple, if you fail to meet the pre-requisites to purchase, there is no way anyone of us can advise on how you can purchase that unit. Perhaps, you may wish to try your luck by requesting for your MP to assist you?

Hi,

As of HDB regulations, you are not eligible to buy a new DBSS by yourself.
There is another alternative is to form a new family nucleus in order to buy a new DBSS.
