Hi Eddy,

Based on your analysis, may I then ask if you would like to buy a property that is depreciating?

Hi Eddy , in land scarce Singapore, it really depends on location , and if you look at it from a longer time frame , property prices generally goes upwards as any available land is controlled and built up areas , land is acquired through enbloc so it can't be cheap , new projects are selling well cos you have progressive payment from a few hundred to 2,0000 dollars a month right till the project TOP , by then no owner wants to sell below their purchase price.
