Hi, thinking of upgrading my current condo to a bigger floor area. Am looking at my current condo as both wife and I love the surroundings. Is it a good idea to upgrade to another unit in the same condo? We are not looking to invest but for expansion of our family

Evening Mr. Jim,

By upgrading within the same project, it would mean moving within your comfort zone. It would also mean that you need to work well within your financial outlay. If all is healthy, purchasing for family planning would not be too much of an issue.

Hello Mr Tan,

As you like the project and are completely aware - theres no reason why you should not consider the same project. In fact most of the families who have bought for own use tend to do this.

Having said this i may request you to write to me on your requirements amd i shall anyways update you on the other projects that match your current. This would also give you options to choose.
