Hi there..I am a Singaporean.Once bought a hdb 5room flat in year 2007 and sell it at year 2012.Then I bought another after my 1st flat(5Rm)but it got repossessed recently.My ques is:
Can I have another flat(HDB) after all this mess settled?Thank you.

Afternoon Shane,

Since your second HDB unit have being repossessed by HDB, it would be likely that you had defaulted the payment or have done something that's against the HDB regulation. If the latter is true, it would be tough for you to get the resale application approval.
