Hi there, this is the first time that I ever owned a HDB EM.
Recently , I have already signed the option. Theoretically, the agents has to remove the advertisement from the website. To my surprise,the agents did not remove it and they have brought up the pricing. Do I have the right to Sue them for being a nuisance ? Please kindly let me know as soon as possible. As I am ready to take action against them.

Hi Dolly,

Are you the seller or buyer of the EM? If they continue to advertise for the unit when you have already committed to sell it, you can definitely raise a complaint against them for using your unit and details to fish for buyers.

Since you have signed the OTP, ask your salesperson to communicate with your seller's agent. Why are you asking for opinion here when you are paying for your salesperson's services?

    In fact I have spoken to my agent. But she claimed it is normal for other agent to put up the advertisement.Obviously , I am not happy about the whole scenario. So what should I do. Please kindly advise ? Thank you very much for your help.
