This is not the first time I am seeking help from property agents to rent out my condo at Espada at St. Thomas Walk. Due to the fact that I have no contacts to foreigners.

But after I tried asking for agent's help couple of months ago. Quite a number of agents answer my questions but no sign of willingness to help me in getting any tenants. Even though I reply them.

I hope those genuine agents could help me to get tenants contact me asap, kindly do answer me with your actual handful of genuine tenants on your hands. And not answer me for the sake of answering.

Otherwise its wasting time for all of us.

Hi Melvyn,

On PropertyGuru portal itself, there are a total of 38 units of 1 bedrooms (priced from $2500) and 13 units of 2 bedrooms (priced from $3900) within Espada itself, not considering the neighbouring projects.

What are your expectations in terms of rental and what is the configuration of your unit available? Is your unit within 1 of the listed property?

Perhaps we will need to bear in mind that the supply line of units available in the market at the moment is huge, and given the current festive season where many tenants and prospects have returned home to be with their respective families to celebrate, the respond could be affected.

If you care to share more details about your unit available and if I can make a visit to the unit later this evening to check out on it physically in order to match to existing tenants within my network of influence, please get in touch with me in private as we are not alerted to any responses posted on this thread.

Good morning,

I would believe that most of the agents her who responded to your enquiry are keen to assist you accordingly. However, should you engage more than one agent to market the unit, that would deter their interest. No agent want to put in effort and cost in marketing the unit yet ending having the deal closed by other agent.

    Anyway I believe if any agent's contact is confident in getting tenants for this area. He will bother to help.
