Hi there,

Me and my ex husband had been divorced for about 3years now. We were required to sell off our property and divide whatever profit at 50-50 according to our court order (then).
I had compromise with my ex and allows him to stay there where else i moved out.
I have remarried now and the issue is that both me and my ex husband are prepared to move on with our separate lives. We want to sell the above mentioned house. Can we still sell it? The court order is outdated by 3yrs? Do we seek HDB approval or can proceed straight with our intention to sell?
Pls advise??

Afternoon,

Your case is somewhat similar to what I have handled before but looks much simplier. You just need to proceed with the standard sales and purchase process and all should be good.

Do feel free to contact me for further discussion.

1) You just sell as per normal.
2) No question will be probed by the HDB on your intention to sell and your current marital status.
