Hi there, looking to help my dad sell away his shop house in Aljunied Ave 2 for $2.4Million. Thus, if you deem that you have the right buyer willing to fork out our demand do let me know? Will only entertain agent who have track records to sell shop houses in the area!

Dear sir,

What is the size of the unit available? Also if there is any additional details to take note of for the sale. I have investors looking to purchase shophouses although I do not have track records selling shophouses in this area.

    The shop lease is left with around 67 plus years and its a corner unit. Ideal for commercial banks usage.

I have transacted quite a number of hdb shophouses over the past few years. I have buyers on hand but of course they will only buy if the shophouse is a good investment. Therefore, I need to have more details of the shophouse.
