Hi There,

Just want to find out further before I make any decisions. My husband & myself have a 3 room HDB flat which is already
paid off. Are we able to buy a condo?

Afternoon Joyce,

Being a HDB owner, fulfilling MOP is your main hurdle. Next would be the financing component. Do you need to sell your HDB to buy, how much the bank can loan to you, how much CPF you have, after setting aside the minimum sum and how much you have at hand will play a major role.

Hi Joyce,

As long as you have fulfilled the MOP of your 3rm HDB flat, you can go ahead to buy a condo.
