Hi there.
Is it possible to purchase a condo, with about $30K for 5% cash but we only have about combined $40K in CPF savings as we both started work late.
We both have combined income of $8K ++.
Please help, thank you

Afternoon,

It's quite impossible. With $70k, making up 20%, you can purchase a unit of max price of $350k. Not to forget about the misc expenses like stamp & legal fee, commission agreement, etc.
Why not try to purchase a smaller sized 3 rm flat and start from there?
