Hi,

There is a rule that disallow HDB owner to buy private property within the 5 years MOP.

Does the private property include oversea property?

Hi Sam,

You are absolutely right. Unless you had bought a resale HDB before 30 August 2010, then you will be able to sell off your HDB. (where 3 years MOP is applicable.)
