Hi there. I'm interested to rent a studio for $2.8k in the Sail. Current lease ends in the 3rd week of October. I'm already living in the Sail but flatsharing.

Hi, with the current market, it is cant get a studio unit in The Sail with budget of $2.8k. Would you consider to increase your budget or alternatively would you consider to rent any other condos unit?

There are a number who are pricing at $3k. If the landlord or agent is smart enough, they will realize that pricing $200 less a month for 1 year is the same as if the apartment is idle for one more month. That are a lot of empty units at The Sail now.
