Hi there, I'm a Singaporean and I just got married. My husband is a Malaysian holding a short term visa pass to Singapore.
We would like to apply for a flat, but however due to that he has a property under his name in Malaysia, hence we are not eligible HDB CPF Grant and not even eligible to apply for a BTO flat.
I wonder if any agent can be kind enough to offer us some advice and what can / shall we do to purchase a flat in Singapore.
