Hi Ms Yap,

For rental, there are different types of prices which owner are looking at depending on whether the units on offer comes with air con and full furnishings, on top of the whether the units are near to amenities like MRT stations, food center, shopping malls and etc. HDB unit and private property like condominium, apartment and landed property also have different calling price.

The main thing to identify here will be what is your planned budget for rental, what is your consideration on the location (near to workplace, child's school and etc) as well as what type of property you would like to rent.
