Hi there,

I would like to check, will it be possible to transfer my share in the hdb that I co-own with my wife to under her name?
She will become the sole owner. Or vice versa. If can, any requirements?
What are the procedures like?

Then as the occupant, can I invest in a property within the mop of the said flat?

Afternoon Keith,

You would have purchase the unit under public scheme where either both of you are SC / PR or either of you are SC and the other is PR. Being married, you are considered as one entity. Hence both of you need to be the owner of the unit.
