Hi Nambs,

If you will be taking public transport to work, the best option will be Tanah Merah MRT vicinity with projects like Optima, Casa Merah and East Meadows, since it is only 1 MRT station away minimising the walking distance. I know because I used to work in Changi Business Park. Price range around this area will be about $3000 to $3500 for a private condominium with facilities like pool and gymnasium. If you do not need these facilities, you may wish to consider public housings which would likely set you back by $2300 a month.
