Hi There, I (PR) would like to co-own a condo say 1 Million (decent 2-3 bedroom unit) along with my brother (a UK citizen). As I already own a condo here (outstanding loan 600k), I need clarifications on the following: 1) Can we (myself & my Brother) co-own a condo? 2) What loan amount will we get from the bank? 3) How much money should we pay up-front towards a) Downpayment b) ABSD 3) Legal Fee 4) Anything else? Would appreciate if you could clarify on these questions ASAP. Cheers
