Hi there. I have recently purchase an EC at Punggol call Prive. Purchase under the fiancée scheme. However due to personal matters, I need to forgo the EC purchase before top. What will the consequences I will face? Or is there any ways that I can minimise the lost?

In most cases,termination of S&P for EC will result in forfeiture of 20% of the purchase price.Please do contact me for more info.Thank you
