Hi Cyrus, If there is any form of misrepresentation by the salesperson, you can lodge a complain with CEA, but the question is why do you need the keys earlier than the move in date? Was it stated clearly in the letter of intent and tenancy agreement? You should communicate your expectations with the salesperson who is representing you in this case.
