Hi there. I am moving to Singapore very soon, and am looking for rentals. My question is : With PropertyGuru, can i please ask what your commisioning structure is - or what i will need to pay you additional to the advertised rent price, as commission, if i rent through you. I am looking at up $3000/month for a noce condo in Clementi.

when you are new in Singapore, you need a responsible agent to assist you. unless you are confident and clear, do not hand over cash to agent and landlord.. use bank draft or money order..
