Hi Serene, As what Silvia has indicated, if viewing has been arranged with listing agent, service fees is usually not applicable but it is good to verify to prevent any form of miscommunications, as I am aware that there are landlords who are unwilling to pay service fees and expect agents to collect from tenants and vice versa.
