Rather than trying to reconfigure a 2 bedrooms unit into a 3 bedroom unit, why not consider an orthodox 3 bedrooms unit for a start, especially when this is like an aging project from 1998.
I have a 3 bedrooms apartment for sale at Waterfront Waves facing the pool. This project is from 2011. Unit is 1292sqf with very decent layout and the potential upside for this project is the upcoming MRT line at Bedok North, which is just at the door step. Given its proximity to Changi Business Park, this is likely an excellent purchase for your own occupation or even rental.
