Enquiring on behalf of a friend who is planning to rent a room, she likes to know:

1. Is there a minimum rental period in the market?
2. What is the commission she needs to pay to agent? And the landlord pays too?
3. EP and WP workers are required to have a guarantor when renting?
4. How many months deposit is required?
