Hi there dear agents, quick question on behalf of my friend who is looking to rent something when he comes over to Singapore to work soon:

He has a budget of max SGD800 a month and wishes to know if it is possible at all to rent a WHOLE apartment? (I guess only HDB makes more sense). Anyway in the west would make more sense as he will be working at Penjuru area.

Dear Tayrius,

With $800,the best accommodation your friend can get is only a master bedroom and it really depends if there will still be any calling at $800 as most are already calling for $1000.
