Hi there. Am the single owner of a HDB unit in Outram/Tanjong Pagar area. Looking to rent out one of my rooms. Would like to check if it is against the law to install a camera in the living room (aimed at the door). My intent is for security/peace of mind and also to deter my future tenant from illegal sub-letting/bringing unwanted guests to stay over.
Intend to be up front and inform future tenants about the camera.
