Ask your salesperson to advise you accordingly or contact a lawyer and pay for his advise. As OTP is considered as formal contract, you have your legal rights against your buyers when they bleach the contract.

If you DIY your own sales, then you should be knowledgable enough on the legal terms stated within the OTP and all standard contracts.
