Thanks for prompt reply on my enquires:
Currently, i m 32 yrs old, with outstanding HDB loan 200k.
I wan buy a condo around 650k with installment 2k monthly.
Just want to check, can I pay my outstanding HDB loan with cash as I intent to rent out my HDB flat, and pay condo installment by CPF?
Do i nid to maintain a min sum amount in OA+SA?
