Hi, some questions-

1) If I've already completed the CES course, do I still have to go through an agency's training course if they have one?

2) As a new agent, can I go straight and take the CEHA without having taken the CES?

3) Why is the CEHA considered more accredited or a "higher" level course than the CES?

4) If I have to join another agency after my first few months, do I have to re-take the new agency's training course?
