Hi, some advice needed. Does a buyer needs to sign an exclusive with the property agent? If there is no agreement signed, do we still need to pay for the 1% commission to the agent for the service rendered? The agent who has served us is so unethical and has been giving us some problems, can we not paying him the commission? or what's the best solution to handle such case? Thanks.
