Hi,

SC 2nd property purchase, with outstanding home loan for current 1st property breakdown as follows:

Cash 25%
CPF OA 25%
Max bank loan 50%
BSD + ABSD + legal approx 10%

Do note you have to set aside 85.5k (OA+SA) before you can use excess CPF OA for 2nd property. May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.
