Hi Sir/Madam,

1)Which is the best level to choose a Condo pool view in order to have a better view of pool? level 5,6,7,8?
2)Ideally which facing is ideal if we wish to have bright lving room but not too warm in the afternoon? NS?

Hi Alex,

Your enquiry has caught me by surprise. To be honest, I have no idea which is the best view and facing.

All the above are project subjective. Zhiwei has mentioned lower floor the better, but what happens if there is tall trees planted to bring the pool out of sight? I have seen units on 2nd level where pool is less than 30m away but don't see a single thing because of the greens.

In general, the higher floor, the better the ventilation, but you'll still need to know the site plan, whether surroundings are taking away the breeze from you or not.
