Hi. Signed TA with 5 tenants. 2 of the WP expiring in August. The tenant tel me when renew their WP, they will update me.
We will be doing the handover tis weekend & agent say will do application of HDB rental using singpass tat day as well..
When i reach home, i check the hdb website, saw it was stated WP validity period of 6 months as at the date of my application to rent the unit...
I ask the agent abt tis, he say if not renewed, then the tenants cannot stay in the house.. but my concern will the application even be approved when the WP has less than 6 months validity?? Who wan to rent a unit to tenants who stay 2-3 months only??
