Perhaps you may sound your concerns to the agent and landlord on the viewing arrangements and not to arrange as and when necessary to view the place. Provide you with at least certain number of hours in advance for viewing arrangements instead and explain the reason behind, perhaps due to work commitments and etc, so it will be easier for them to arrange. Let them know that you will also be able to tidy up the room in advance the for viewing to take place so prospective buyers can have a more positive viewing experience.
