Hi, Recently I bought a pte property and had intended to wipe entire OA to fund the 15%. However, I found out from CPF board that I wasn't able to (wipe OA) and had to keep a minimum sum. This was because I had actually used funds from my OA account to fund my HDB first installment.
The question is, can I do a voluntary refund of the 1st installment (plus interest) to CPF board so that they can reverse the installment made previously?

Thanks.

Dear MickeyMouse,

Perhaps you should try writing or calling into CPF Board and check with them since we are not in a position to approve or not. There is no hard trying.

I am surprised that you were not briefed on this regulation prior to making the offer.
