Yes you are right that robin residences has only 134 units.

The reason why there are 220 available listings is that there are numerous duplicate listings posted by different agents so I hope you have a better understanding what is going on.

You are correct, Robin Residences has a total of 134 units. But out of these 134 units, almost 100 units has thus been sold, and it's left with around 30+ units.

The reason why you saw so many listings in Propertyguru is because these listings can be put up by different agents from the many different agencies. Many are actually duplicate.
